“The timeless in you is aware of life’s timelessness. And knows that yesterday is but today’s memory and tomorrow is today’s dream.”

– Khalil Gibran –

Story of LIFE

There was a time I felt deeply lost. Not in a dramatic way, but quietly, in the corners of my soul. I wandered through self-doubt, disconnection, and a subtle ache that something essential was missing. It was not one event or insight that changed my life. Rather, it was a series of moments: soft, strange, sometimes painful, that slowly invited me home.

I was guided not by a plan but by listening. A totem animal appeared. Then, books fell into my hands. A teacher’s voice stirred something awake. Nature showed up again and again as a mirror, a friend, and a master. I stumbled. I moved. I forgot. I remembered. There were years of searching through teachings and across oceans. Eventually, the need to serve grew stronger than the need to understand.

Today, I walk with others not because I have reached a destination. I walk because I have learned how to sit beside what hurts. I offer what I can from a place of humility, knowing that healing is not a service we deliver. It is a space we hold. The work is not to fix, but to remember. In that remembering, something sacred returns to both of us.

Focus and Direction

Everyday I see how it is only a matter of how able a person is to tap into their personal power. This is the process of unleashing ones innermost potential.

It is about letting go of limiting thoughts and deep rooted beliefs. We acquired them unknowingly or they helped us cope in certain situations. We still carry them around because they generate a sense of personality or traits we identify with. If we are courageous enough to let go of our “personal history” and the identification with our past we can become a stronger, more fulfilled version of ourselves.

In order to transform ourselves we seek this metaphorical basement. These so called “agreements” separate us from what we’d like to achieve and attract and it is important to find them and look at them.
The underworld or subconscious is an important place where potential is unlocked and personal power can be reclaimed.

The L.I.F.E. System

I am balancing my life through the use of the Medicine Wheel. In many cultures there is something similar to the medicine wheel or different interpretations of it. East, South, West and North are only a part of it and used as an easy explanation.

Out of it I created the LIFE system for my clients, which is short for:

L earn
I ntegrate
F uel
E volve

It is the blueprint for any program I build and uses the four directions as guides and teachers.

We are rainbow warriors, dancing awake in the daydream.

The Aloha Spirit

The ancient wisdom of Hawaiʻi, especially of Hawaiʻi Island, has become a quiet center in my life. It is the first place where I truly felt at home. Not in a way that can easily be explained or translated into words, but as a deep knowing that rests beneath thought. There is something about these islands that just feel right. To me, it is both a place of great transformation and deep peace.

Over the years, I have returned again and again. I did not come to vacation, but to listen. I often arrived with very limited resources and stayed in tents, with friends, or through other simple means. This gave me a different view of Hawaiʻi, one that is far removed from postcard images or the comforts of resort life. I came to see the many layers that exist there and noticed how they often remain separate from one another. I began to understand how different versions of Hawaiʻi can coexist almost without touching.

In time, I learned more about the culture and history. The Aloha Spirit revealed itself not as an idea, but as a lived presence. It is not something I claim to fully understand. It is something I try to embody with humility. Kindness, care, and the deep understanding that we are all connected guide my steps. With the words of Ram Dass: We are all just walking each other home.

My path is now slowly weaving a network of non-profit projects and a place of refuge. It is meant to offer space for healing and integration while giving back to the land and communities that have given so much to me.

Book Recommendations

In case you are looking for a book or literature that will help you along your current journey, I compiled a list of my favorite and most inspiring books. The reason why I recommend these books is because they helped me immensely and I have read them many times. The most important thing to remember is to follow your intuition.
When you enjoy an author and they are mentioning someone who inspired them, follow that lead. This is how I found many treasures I would otherwise have missed. Keep on keeping on!

Core Values

Blank
LOVE | KINDNESS | GRATITUDE | ENVIRONMENT | HONESTY

LOVE

I believe in the power of love and the desire to spread it widely. When we keep love at our center, the rest falls into place.

KINDNESS

Before anything else: kindness. Kindness. Kindness.

GRATITUDE

When we continuously show the world how grateful we are, we are repaid with bountiful joy and happiness.

ENVIRONMENT

When we surround ourselves with nature, we see the true beauty in every element. When this happens we realize that this environment needs to be protected, sustained and regenerated. We are the guardians of the earth and will do our best to stand up for the welfare of the whole.

HONESTY

I believe in leading with transparency, keeping the communication lines open and cultivating lasting honest relationships with the clients with whom I work.
